Kat Dickerson

Kat Dickerson, MSW - Intern

Welcome! I provide support to teens and adults, with a special focus on individuals navigating women’s issues, including perinatal care, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), postpartum depression/anxiety/rage, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and systemic challenges faced by those with intersecting identities. I also work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, or grief, helping to develop meaningful coping strategies tailored to each unique journey. Together, we’ll uncover your inner strengths, cultivate resilience, and create space for growth and healing.

I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and empathetic space for your healing journey. My practice involves applying clinical and holistic approaches to ensure comprehensive based care. My background includes meaningful experience in Equine Therapy and behavioral health, and I am currently pursuing my Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C).

In my free time, I enjoy hiking with my dog, camping, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. I value connection and balance - both in life and in the therapy process. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions; I look forward to connecting with you soon.
