We will dive into:

❋ Taming the inner critic: Addressing the shame and “imposter syndrome” that often follow a late diagnosis
❋ Executive Function Hacks: Real-world strategies for organization, time blindness, and task initiation.
❋ Boundaries & Self-Advocacy: Learning to say "no" and asking for what you need at work and home
❋ Emotional Regulation: Tools for managing rejection sensitivity, anger and burnout.
