Empowerment in Focus:

A 6-week Women & ADHD Therapy Group

Are you tired of feeling like you're constantly playing catch-up with your own life?

The "ADHD tax," the endless mental tabs, and the weight of societal expectations can leave women with ADHD feeling overwhelmed and misunderstood. You aren’t “lazy” or “scattered”—your brain processes the world differently. It’s time to stop fighting your neurobiology and start working with it.

Join our supportive, 6-week therapeutic journey designed specifically for women navigating the unique challenges of ADHD.
